Customer Banking Specialist Relief


About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Banking Specialist to join our relief team in Melbourne West Area. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional customer service and support to customers across various branches.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Have in-depth conversations with customers to understand their banking needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Complete financial health checks to assess customers' financial situations and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide education and demonstration of our in-branch technology and digital banking options to customers.
  • Problem-solve and provide effective solutions while championing our processes and procedures.


Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Proven experience delivering exceptional customer service in a retail or financial services environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate financial terms in a clear way.
  • The ability to ask the right questions, find solutions, act with integrity, and place the customer at the centre of everything you do.
