We are seeking an experienced individual to join our Auto, Fleet & Trades team based in Melbourne. This hybrid role requires a minimum of three days per week in the office. If you have a strong background in general or financial lines insurance broking and are looking to enhance your skills across various industries, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and maintaining effective relationships with clients by understanding their needs and proactively responding to them.
  • Implementing renewal and broking strategies tailored to client requirements.
  • Processing billing requests and gathering information for quotes.
  • Maintaining sound working relationships with insurers and assisting with negotiations.
  • Ensuring outstanding renewals, credit control, and necessary reporting for client portfolios.

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in general or financial lines insurance broking.
  • Tier 1 Insurance Broking qualification or higher.
  • Clear and effective communication skills.
  • The ability to work under pressure, prioritize workload, meet deadlines, and demonstrate good time management skills.
