This position aims to provide technical expertise and support to customers throughout the lifecycle of a product or service. You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction, resolving technical issues, and optimizing performance and functionality.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • ">
  • Help customers and partners optimize their design in the early stage of the project, in close coordination with Sales, customer, partner, and the Application Team.">
  • Understand and analyze customer requirements concerning product/solution capabilities and specifications.">
  • Serve as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment.">
  • Develop, update, and disseminate technical guides & tips to increase the knowledge and skill level of the sales force via company intranet and/or electronic newsletter.">
  • Evaluate newly released products and develop/modify new product training kits or training materials through coordination with Headquarter.">
  • Support sales reps with on-site demonstrations and programming for customers as needed.">

Requirements

">

- Diploma/degree in Engineering discipline (Mechatronics/Electrical/Robotic)

- At least 5 years of working experience in technical field

">

- Strong technical knowledge in Robotic automation industry

">

- Effective communication skills to interact with customers and internal teams

">

- Highly adaptable and flexible to adapt to changing technologies and environments

">

- Capable to collaborate closely with other functions
