Job Description

The Opportunity:

We are building a new program with a leading customer account, implementing innovative DevOps build pipelines and services for capability delivery teams and developing new business applications for end users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working in Agile teams to capture and utilize user stories/use cases and requirements.
  • Serving as the voice of the user into Leidos development and integration teams, ensuring our teams deliver mission value to our users.
  • Providing user liaison and support for development activities, including testing and validation.
  • Participating in Agile sprints, representing users during testing.

Support Organisational Change Management (OCM) activities and the transition of solutions into production and operational use, such as communications and training.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience working in Agile delivery teams and with automated CI/CD delivery pipelines.
  • Proven ability to apply advanced business analysis principles, methodologies, and concepts.
  • Experience working with national security agencies and in highly-secure environments.
  • Familiarity with cloud environments, both public cloud and on-premise environments.
  • Knowledge of publishing and editing technologies and tools, such as InDesign, XML, and web technologies.
  • Relevant qualifications in Agile delivery, CI/CD, business analysis, business architecture, and OCM will be highly valued.

This role requires applicants to be Australian Citizens with an active TSPV security clearance due to the nature of the work.
