Senior Estimator Role

A highly skilled and experienced Senior Estimator is required to promote and grow the business, career, and relationships with industry trades, suppliers, and clients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive cost plans from concept to construction certificate.
  • Create accurate firm price quotations and descriptions of works for contract inclusion.
  • Conduct value management and feasibility studies focusing on constructability and methods.
  • Maintain effective communication with project consultants and attend design meetings.
  • Evaluate and assess subcontractor pricing options.
  • Support construction teams with programming and timeline estimation.
  • Collaborate with Business Development Managers for client presentations.
  • Generate project cost reconciliation reports for management review.
  • Liaise with project teams for bid preparation and tender submission.
  • SOURCE PROVIDERS FOR PROCUREMENT AND SUB-CONTRACTOR SELECTION PROCESS.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • At least 8 years of experience in a similar estimating role in the construction industry.
  • Demonstrated expertise in construction processes, cost planning, and feasibility analysis.
  • Familiarity with Buildsoft Global, Cubit, and Cost X software is preferred but not essential.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with consultants, clients, and subcontractors.
  • Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
