At Robert Plumb, we are committed to delivering exceptional results in landscape construction.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring precise and accurate landscaping through site set-out and ground levelling.

The role involves conducting thorough site preparation for upcoming projects, handling planting, transplanting, and replacing plants to maintain or enhance outdoor spaces.

You will install various landscape materials such as pathways, garden beds, planters, fencing, and paving to create beautiful and functional environments.

General garden maintenance tasks including pruning, mulching, weeding, and fertilizing will also be performed to keep landscapes in top condition.

Cleanliness and maintenance of all site areas must be upheld at all times.

The ideal candidate will thrive in an outdoor-based role, adapting to work under various weather conditions.

Prioritising workplace health and safety is crucial in creating a secure environment for yourself and team members.

Facilitating the development and training of fellow team members will also be essential in fostering growth and expertise within the team.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Qualification in Landscape Construction, or related field
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, in all weather conditions
  • Sound knowledge of horticulture, soft and hard landscaping
  • Driver's licence
  • White Card
