As a strategic and highly creative Digital Marketing Leader, you will lead social media marketing efforts. Your primary objective is to create best-in-class strategies, breakthrough creative content, and leverage both established and emerging platforms to engage new and existing customers.

You will work collaboratively with the brand team, broader digital hub, and agency partners to harness the users, technology, and creative power of social media. Your goal is to efficiently and effectively build equity and brand love, driving sales through your 'Always On' social media activities.

With clear mastery of all things social media from a paid and organic perspective, you will manage social media efforts from strategy building to implementation, overseeing an external specialized agency. You will also develop and publish website's homepages and landing pages, creating best-in-class designs in collaboration with the broader Digital hub.

You will be responsible for oral care SEO and SEM efforts, supporting the Division Performance Hub team, contributing to strategy, overseeing planning, and communicating results to the local team. Main responsibilities include leading 'Always On' social media strategy, acting as an internal expert on paid and organic social, managing community engagement, executing influencer campaigns, developing, publishing, and maintaining website content, enhancing user experience, guiding development, conducting quality assurance, managing domain names, optimizing information architecture, and maintaining CRM lightbox.

In addition, you will drive on-page SEO, including keyword strategy, content publishing, and performance feedback, and implement best practices for off-platform search (SEM), collaborating with internal teams and managing local agencies for execution.

This role has no direct reports, but it requires strong leadership skills, creativity, and strategic thinking to succeed in this position. If you have 5 years+ working in Social Media Marketing and 3 years' experience in a similar Digital role with website management and SEO/SEM hands-on experience, we encourage you to apply.
