Mental Health Professional

Grampians Health is seeking a dedicated Mental Health Professional to join their team in the Ballarat region. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering high-quality care and support to patients with mental health conditions.
The Central Allocations Unit has opportunities for Endorsed Enrolled Nurses to work across various mental health settings, including adult acute units, parent and infant units, and specialized psychiatric services. As a member of the team, you will have the chance to develop your skills and expertise in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key responsibilities include providing direct care to patients, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, completing mental state exams and risk assessments, and maintaining accurate patient records. You will also be required to maintain a commitment of 2 shifts per fortnight and be available to work a range of shifts based on the unit's needs.
