Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Compliance Specialist to join our team at IGT, where you will play a key role in ensuring the successful launch and operation of our products in emerging markets.

About the Role

This exciting opportunity requires someone with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards. You will be responsible for conducting thorough research and analysis to identify potential compliance risks and develop effective strategies to mitigate them.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct research and analysis to stay up-to-date on changing regulatory landscapes and industry developments.
  • Develop and implement compliance plans to ensure our products meet or exceed regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address potential compliance risks.
  • Presents compliance information and results to stakeholders as necessary.
  • Own internal control systems and work closely with other key stakeholders to ensure continuous improvement.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as law, business, or engineering.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a regulated industry, preferably in compliance or risk management.
  • Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Strong negotiation and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
