Job Description

Ambulance Victoria seeks a skilled Workplace Relations Consultant to join our People and Culture Department. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in planning and implementing workplace relations initiatives.

In this role, you will provide expert advice and support to the AV Executive and managers on a range of workplace relations matters, including disputes and grievances, union consultation, and performance management processes. You will also develop and implement strategies to prevent and resolve conflicts, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

To succeed in this position, you will require:

  • A postgraduate degree or relevant industry certification (Industrial Relations or Human Resources) with high-level relevant experience.
  • Proven experience in providing strategic advice and dealing with complex and sensitive employee relations issues across large or complex organisations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
