We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Team Lead – Web Growth Specialist to join our team at The Creative Store.



The ideal candidate will have experience in project management and a proven track record of success in digital marketing, with a focus on web growth and SEO.



Job Description:

As a Digital Team Lead – Web Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for leading multiple website builds and SEO projects, working closely with our development, design, and SEO teams to deliver high-quality results.



Key responsibilities include:




  • Developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive web growth and improve search engine rankings
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring timely delivery
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address technical issues
  • Providing guidance and support to junior team members to help them grow and develop their skills
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and SEO


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on web growth and SEO
  • Excellent project management and leadership skills
