Servicenow Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for a Servicenow Specialist to provide expert guidance and advice on designing technical solutions that enhance business outcomes and drive efficiency across diverse functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day operations and administration support for the Servicenow platform.
  • Develop effective working relationships with other teams to ensure high-quality service delivery and positive customer outcomes.
  • Design, document, and implement technical solutions to support online services to departmental business units.
  • Offer technical guidance and recommend solutions that enhance business efficiency.
  • Conduct testing, monitoring, and reporting of technical solutions to support ongoing service improvement.
Requirements
  • Csa servicenow - minimum 5 years of experience (specialism in itsm and/or hrsd, wsd, csm, cmdb, integration hub).
  • Itil certified.
