Job Description

We are seeking a Logistics Specialist to join our team in Metropolitan, Hunter, Wellington State-wide locations. This role requires working various start and finish times between Monday to Sunday and, inclusive of Public Holidays when required.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing transport and logistic services to all Corrective Services NSW and, Corrective Services and Industries clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide safe yet timely service to clients.
  • Evaluate and implement efficient logistics strategies to meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans to minimize potential hazards.
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant legislation and regulatory requirements.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A current Heavy Combination Licence (HC).
  • A current Heavy Rigid Licence (HR) and willingness to upgrade.
  • A printout of your satisfactory driving history provided by the RMS.
  • A safe food handling certificate with experience working with perishables under HACCP.

This role is subject to Criminal Records Check, Medical and Capability Assessments.
