- Support lending location marketing and sales initiatives, working closely with our sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Provide accounting and clerical support, including data entry, record-keeping, and other administrative tasks.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders, ensuring that our lending operations are conducted in a professional and courteous manner.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to improve our lending operations and customer service.
- Collaborate with other teams to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring that our lending operations are efficient and effective.
Requirements:
- Minimum of high school education with five + years of work experience in lending, finance, or a related field.
- Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
What We Offer:
Farm Credit Services offers a competitive salary range of $42,800-$60,700, plus incentive opportunities. We are an EEO/AA employer, committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
