Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team. As a key member of store operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our stores provide a positive shopping experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Working through a checklist of cleaning tasks throughout the store
  • Using various equipment and cleaning products to sweep, mop, vacuum, scrub, and buff floors throughout the store, team rooms, toilets, and offices
  • Cleaning, dusting, wiping, and scrubbing shelving, refrigeration rooms, industrial ovens and drains
  • Collecting trolleys from in and around the store and store carpark - whatever the weather
About You and Your Skills
  • Working both indoors and outdoors, you'll be trusted to work autonomously and in a group setting
  • A commitment to providing great customer experiences by working with enthusiasm, energy, and pace
  • A keen eye for detail and cleanliness
  • A passion for working safely and abide by safe work practices
  • The ability to set priorities, meet deadlines and demonstrate a solid work ethic
  • To be active and physically fit, you'll be constantly on the go and lifting up to 17kgs
  • Availability for a wide variety of shifts between 5am-11pm, 7 days per week
