We are seeking a reliable and motivated team member to join our store as an Assistant Store Manager. This role is perfect for someone who has experience in retail sales or customer service and is looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity.
As a key member of our store team, you will have the chance to develop your skills and knowledge, work effectively within a small team, maintain outstanding store conditions, and provide exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and acknowledge customers in a timely manner
- Assist customers with sales enquiries and product selection
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
- Assist with stock transfers and stock ordering
- Receipt of payment using the POS system
- Answering phone
Requirements:
- Experience in retail sales or customer service
- Good level of computer literacy
- Ability to work in a small team
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality
