Senior Food Processing Manager

We are seeking an experienced food processing professional to lead our team, drive productivity and implement new processing practices. Our modern factory is equipped with state-of-the-art machinery, and we offer a collaborative workplace culture and opportunities for growth.
- Schedule daily production runs to meet customer demand, maximize resource utilization, and minimize waste.
- Evaluate supply of parts needed for repairs and maintenance.
- Perform repairs, fitting, and maintenance on equipment when required.
- Implement HACCP protocols and ensure cleaning programs are followed by workers and supervisors.
This position requires experience in potato snack making, mechanical and electrical install/repair, turning/fitting and maintenance of food processing equipment, and operating and commissioning packaging equipment.
Essential Qualifications- 3+ years experience in food processing.
- Mechanical and electrical repair experience.
- Turning and maintenance of food processing equipment experience.
- 4+ years operating and commissioning packaging equipment experience.
