About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Pre-Sales ServiceNow Consultant to join our team at Zone IT Solutions. As a Pre-Sales ServiceNow Consultant, you will play a critical role in providing technical expertise and guidance to our clients during the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical guidance and support to clients during the sales process
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and its various modules
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and translate them into technical solutions using ServiceNow
- Develop and deliver technical presentations and proposals to clients
- Work closely with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a pre-sales or technical consulting role
- In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform and its various modules
- Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and best practices
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- ServiceNow implementation experience is a plus
