This is a unique chance to join a dynamic team as a Pharmacy Technician, where you will play a pivotal part in ensuring optimal medication supply to ward areas.

Your responsibilities will encompass a spectrum of tasks, from sourcing and ordering pharmaceuticals to coordinating delivery logistics with accuracy and timeliness. This role requires exceptional multitasking abilities, adept prioritisation skills, and proficiency in communication and pharmacy computer systems.

In this role, you will actively engage in quality improvement activities, striving to enhance processes for increased efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Through consistent inventory management practices, you will uphold the accessibility and accuracy of pharmaceutical stock, ensuring its usability within the pharmacy.

About the Role
  • Maintaining pharmacy inventory through ordering, receipting, stock rotation, and returns.
  • Contribute to inventory and financial reporting under supervision and support dispensary operations by preparing medications in line with regulations and policies.
  • Effective communication within the multidisciplinary team, participation in audits and quality improvement activities, and performing other duties as directed.
