The Lifestyle Coordinator is the heart of the home, setting the tone for resident wellbeing. This role leads a team in creating and delivering meaningful lifestyle programs for residents.
This opportunity starts in December 2025 at our brand-new home, where you will lead a team to deliver a high-quality lifestyle experience.
Responsibilities- Lead and mentor Wellbeing Assistants to deliver successful lifestyle activities.
- Develop and deliver engaging lifestyle programs for residents.
- Foster an enthusiastic environment that supports resident wellbeing.
- Collaborate with residents, families, and team members to maintain dignity and preferences.
- Embrace new technology to enhance program delivery.
- Certificate IV in Leisure & Health.
- At least 2 years' experience as a Lifestyle Coordinator (Resident Wellbeing) in aged care.
- Compassionate approach to program development.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
- Ability to work with a multi-cultural community.
- Problem-solving skills and initiative to maximise outcomes.
