Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing project reports and completing relevant documents
  • Conducting site visits/audits to assess suitability of leads received
  • Circulating and reviewing site packs in a timely manner
  • Collating project documentation, including site plans and safety documents
  • Ensuring effective site documentation handover from inception to operation
  • Contractor management, including obtaining necessary documentation
  • Obtaining on-site induction requirements from landlords/centre management
  • Coordinating project updates to the team lead and wider project team
  • Identifying potential project delays or risks and escalating to the team lead
  • Maintaining shared project management software
  • Solving technical and non-technical problems throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Construction, Engineering, or a similar discipline
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role within the construction or property development industries
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite and MS Project
  • A valid Australian driver's license and access to a vehicle
  • Excellent time management and organisation skills
  • Attention to detail to monitor and control project variables
  • Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members
