Valuation Expert Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Valuation Expert to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for undertaking valuations of businesses and intangible assets for various purposes including management planning, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), tax, financial reporting and disputes.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and prepare valuation reports which may include assessment of strategic options for transformation initiatives and detailed financial modelling and analysis.
  • Take ownership of delivery projects within the team, thinking critically, identifying issues and proposing strategies related to the advice being provided.
  • Maintain positive, productive, and professional relationships with client personnel, other project teams and colleagues.

You will work closely with clients to deliver high-quality services that meet their needs and expectations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting or business with demonstrated aptitude in quantitative and qualitative analysis.
  • Direct experience utilising various valuation techniques and methodologies (market comparables, discounted cash flow, etc.) for different purposes.
  • Experience in financial modelling in MS Excel and related software is preferred.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, organisational, interpersonal, and teaming skills.
