Strategic Legal Advisor

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our organization as a Strategic Legal Advisor. In this role, you will provide timely and effective legal advice on a wide range of corporate and real-estate transactions.

You will be responsible for managing risk, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and providing strategic guidance to support the growth and success of our business.

The ideal candidate will have a law degree and current Australian Practising Certificate, with 3–6 years post-admission experience, preferably in-house and with exposure to corporate or real estate law.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic legal advice across the business, supporting governance and ensuring legal compliance.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements and legal documents with precision and efficiency.
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams, external advisors, and government bodies.
  • Identify and mitigate legal risks, promote a culture of legal awareness, and support expansion into new development areas.
