Job Description

As a customer-facing professional, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact on both customers and community.

You will thrive in a fast-paced role where you can help customers achieve their financial goals, educate them on online platforms and tools, and recommend products and services to help them succeed.

To be successful in this role, you will need to bring extensive experience in customer service or sales environment, demonstrated competence in achieving consistent sales results, and ability to confidently communicate with customers face-to-face and over the phone.

In addition, you will be eager to understand and share with others what makes our bank different, and have experience in banking and finance industry - although this is not essential.

You will play an important part in helping us achieve our vision of becoming Australia's bank of choice, and will use your knowledge and expertise to set us apart from other banks.
