We are seeking a skilled Conference and Events Supervisor to join our team at Sky City. As a key member of our events team, you will work closely with the Conference and Events Manager to ensure the smooth execution of conferences and events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Conference and Events Manager in leading and managing the team during events
  • Ensure the team is fully briefed and equipped to deliver exceptional service
  • Collaborate with the events team to ensure seamless event execution
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a consistent level of service to guests
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a leadership position within the hospitality industry
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work a rotating roster across a 7-day working week
  • Passion for the hospitality industry and outstanding product knowledge
  • Immaculate presentation and advanced communication skills
  • Ability to make decisions under pressure
