Job Title:

Grounds Maintenance Manager

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Grounds Maintenance Manager to join our dynamic team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to utilize their expertise in grounds maintenance and supervision to contribute to the success of our organization.

  • Provide guidance and leadership to the grounds team, ensuring the efficient operation of daily tasks.
  • Oversee the coordination of grounds maintenance activities, including vegetation management, landscaping, horticulture, and minor building and structure maintenance.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Holiday Park Operations, Landscaping, Horticulture, or Building Trades, with demonstrated knowledge and skills in scheduling activities, equipment maintenance, quality control, and operational standards.

In addition, they will possess effective leadership skills, experience with computers, and be able to adapt to changing priorities.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Degree in a relevant field (Horticulture, Environmental Science, etc.).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
