Warehouse Operations Manager

We are seeking a professional to oversee the efficient management of our warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure accurate and efficient inventory management, contributing to the overall success of supply chain operations.
  • Oversee the storage, distribution, and inventory management of goods, while leading a team to maintain efficiency and safety standards.
  • Implement best practices to optimize warehouse operations and ensure timely delivery of products to the right locations.

This role involves:

Inventory Management

Counting incoming stock, reconciling it with requisitions, and updating inventory and stock location records.

Operational Procedures

Establishing and coordinating operating procedures for receiving, handling, storing, and shipping goods.

Team Leadership

Directing staff activities, monitoring their performance, and providing training to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.

Logistics Coordination

Liaising with other departments and customers regarding requirements for outward goods and associated forwarding transportation.

Stock Control

Monitoring and reviewing storage and inventory systems to meet supply requirements and control stock levels.

Record Keeping

Operating recording systems to track all movements of supplies and finished goods, ensuring optimal re-ordering and re-stocking times.

Quality Assurance

Preparing and implementing plans to maintain required stock levels at minimum cost while meeting quality, cost, and delivery requirements.
