Position Overview

Infinite Consulting is seeking a skilled Identity Management Systems Analyst to work collaboratively with both internal and external partners. The primary focus will be on gathering and defining requirements for innovative solutions or enhancements to current systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation regarding system configurations, operational processes, and user manuals, which are crucial for ongoing support and future upgrades.
  • Assess existing documentation for gaps and collaborate with stakeholders to create appropriate procedure statements and user manuals.
  • Regularly assess the effectiveness of IT solutions, pinpointing areas for improvement and enhancements to align with evolving business needs.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Strong technical expertise and experience in conducting detailed analysis and evaluation of business processes and requirements.
  • Proven ability to work with stakeholders to define tasks, address issues, solve problems, and ensure the effective and timely execution of projects.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Experience in performing in-depth analysis and evaluation of business processes and requirements.
  • Capability to collaborate with stakeholders to define tasks, resolve issues, and ensure effective project implementation.
  • Experience in creating and maintaining documentation for solutions and processes.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and assist in developing work plans.
  • Knowledge and experience with Identity Management Systems and methodologies.

Role Details:

Duration: 12 months with options for extension.

Eligibility: Australian Citizenship and active NV1 security clearance required.

Working Arrangements: Successful candidates will be expected to work on-site for a minimum of three days per week.
