This role leads and drives the team to execute operational objectives and deliver outstanding results in store. Key responsibilities include delivering an exceptional customer experience, driving sales and maximising store profitability, championing our unique culture, leading and training a high-performing team, creating inspiring visual merchandising, managing stock levels, and collaborating with other managers.

We seek a leader who understands how important it is to coach, train and empower their team. To succeed, you must demonstrate commercial acumen, strong leadership skills, creative flair, attention to detail, and excellent organisational skills.

Our ideal candidate brings at least 3 years of leadership experience in high-volume retail environments, demonstrates strong commercial acumen, and has a proven ability to drive both sales and cost efficiency. They must also have a relentless drive for success, sharp attention to detail, and professionalism.
