Home Care Professional Needed

We are seeking compassionate individuals to provide high-quality care and support to elderly people in their homes.
About the Role:
This is an opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our consumers by providing tailored services that meet their unique needs. The role involves:
- Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Supporting consumers with medication management
- Engaging in conversation, playing games, or participating in hobbies with consumers
- Assisting with household chores such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
- Preparing nutritious meals for consumers
- Accompanying consumers on shopping trips
- Transporting consumers to appointments or social events
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Experience providing home care services to older people and NDIS clients
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- A smart mobile phone with internet access
- Current First Aid and CPR certificates
- Current Australian Federal Police check
- Current Australian Driver's License
- A reliable and clean registered vehicle with comprehensive insurance
- A Certificate III in Aged Care/Home and Community Care/Individual Support
- Australian Residency Status or valid Australian Working Rights
