Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Specialist Clinic Receptionist to provide exceptional reception and administration services, contributing to the achievement of our specialist services business objectives.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exemplary reception services for the specialist clinic, ensuring adequate cover before leaving the area. They will meet and greet clients and visitors, maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

Key duties include answering phone calls promptly, taking messages and attending to general enquiries. The candidate will also maintain the hygiene and aesthetic of the waiting room, keeping the reception area tidy.

In addition, they will provide client services to all clients, including allied health and specialist services. This includes prioritizing patients when necessary, screening urgent phone calls and referring to relevant clinicians as required.

The ideal candidate will adhere to best practices to achieve high book and attendance rates, coordinating daily lists, managing changes and follow-up appointments.
