Early Childhood Education Innovator

We are seeking a highly experienced and innovative Early Childhood Education professional to join our Centre Leadership team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who shares our passion for delivering high-quality educational programs that foster children's growth and development.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Early Childhood Education, with tertiary qualifications (University Degree or equivalent) as approved by ACECQA. They will also hold current Teacher's Accreditation/Registration and have proven knowledge of the National Quality Framework.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with Educators to develop and implement curriculum that maximizes each child's development and learning. You will support Educators to ensure each child participates in the educational program and assess their learning and development.

You will contribute to the development and ongoing implementation and review of the centre's Quality Improvement Plan, working collaboratively with all Educators to establish clear goals and expectations for teaching and practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement curriculum that maximizes each child's development and learning
  • Support Educators to ensure each child participates in the educational program
  • Assess learning and development of each child
  • Contribute to the development and ongoing implementation and review of the centre's Quality Improvement Plan
  • Establish clear goals and expectations for teaching and practice in collaboration with all Educators

Requirements:

  • Tertiary Qualifications (University Degree or equivalent) in Early Childhood Education as approved by ACECQA
  • Current Teacher's Accreditation/Registration (NSW, SA, VIC & WA)
  • Proven knowledge of the National Quality Framework
  • Previous experience working in the early years sector (desirable)
  • Valid Working with Children's Check or state-specific equivalent
