Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Director of Commissioning and Partnerships to lead the commissioning of services that are secured through grants or contracts for the non-government delivered components of the Children and Families Capability Framework.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the commissioning of services that are secured through grants or contracts for the non-government delivered components of the Children and Families Capability Framework.
  • Develop and implement strategic partnerships with non-government organizations to deliver services that meet the needs of children and families.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure that commissioning processes are aligned with the Department's strategic objectives.
  • Develop and manage budgets for commissioned services.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of commissioned services.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in commissioning and partnership development.
  • Strong understanding of the Children and Families Capability Framework.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
