Job Title: Specialised Service Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced leader to support our Distribution Centre team by delivering tailored solutions for specialist products. As a Specialised Service Manager, you will ensure customer expectations are met through expert equipment knowledge and collaboration with other teams.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring effective front desk operations and administration requirements are met to standard
  • Liaising with Transport to ensure delivery and pickup of equipment to the customer on time
  • Liaising with the Workshop to ensure equipment maintenance and readiness is completed as needed for our customers
  • Supporting other specialist areas within the state in the utilisation of hire equipment by transferring equipment between locations as required
  • Maintaining asset security at all times
  • Following directions and completing tasks as requested by Branch and Area Management
  • Supervising, delegating and assigning daily duties to team members and ensuring all tasks are completed to standard

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will possess exceptional customer service skills and the ability to build lasting relationships. Previous experience within a retail sales/leadership role from the trade or hardware industry is highly desirable. You should also have excellent communication skills, be a strong team player and committed to safety.
