Job Title: Investment Manager

The Investment Manager is responsible for leading the offline investment team to deliver exceptional results across client portfolios.

This includes supporting major client or sponsorship negotiations and delivery, as well as providing high-quality client service and maintaining a cohesive team environment.

The Investment Manager reports to a Director and is responsible for developing and overseeing the output of Executive and Coordinator roles, providing regular feedback and support as needed.

Responsibilities:
  • Buying offline campaigns using the Spark Activation Model & Philosophy across all offline channels.
  • Managing client relationships and conducting market analysis to inform strategic decisions.
  • Developing and managing team members to achieve business goals.
  • Supporting the Investment leads on various agency projects as needed.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in media buying and team management.
  • Strong proficiency in Office platforms: Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
  • Deep understanding of media planning and measurement tools.
  • Sound financial management skills and ability to analyze data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
