Human Resources Director Position

We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join our dynamic team.
About the RoleThis is a pivotal position that will play a key role in providing expert human resources consultancy to executive and senior managers.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-level HR advice and support to senior leaders on complex employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
- Partner with managers to build capability and promote continuous improvement in HR practices aligned with policies.
- Lead and contribute to organisational development initiatives, including workforce planning, change management, and quality improvement programs.
