Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Disability Care Professional to provide support and assistance to individuals with disabilities, empowering them to achieve their personal goals and improve their daily lives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily living activities such as meal preparation, household tasks, and transportation.
  • Support clients in developing and maintaining social and recreational activities.
  • Monitor and report on clients' progress and any changes in their health or behavior.
  • Collaborate with families, healthcare professionals, and other support staff to ensure a comprehensive care plan.
  • Maintain a safe and respectful environment for clients at all times.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability, or equivalent qualification (preferred).
  • Midazolam Training essential (or willingness to obtain).
  • Previous experience in disability support or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for supporting individuals with disabilities.
