We are seeking a skilled and motivated Bartender to join our dynamic team. Located in the heart of Byron Bay, this contemporary hibachi grill and wine bar offers an intimate dining experience that showcases classical Japanese cuisine reinterpreted into bold and flavourful ways.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with beverage operations and maintain high standards for the front-of-house team.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and relations, ensuring a positive experience for all patrons.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to create a fun and happy environment.
  • Develop knowledge of food and beverage offerings through training and education.
  • Ensure the venue is presented in accordance with visual merchandising guidelines, including lighting, music control, cleanliness, uniforms, and table presentation.
Requirements
  • Experience in making cocktails and working in fast-paced environments.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Familiarity with wine and Japanese cuisine is desirable but not essential.
