Accounts Receivable Officer Job Opportunity

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the accounts receivable and debtor management processes, ensuring timely resolution of payment issues and maintaining accurate financial records.

This role requires a high level of organisation skills, attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with experience working with financial spreadsheets. The ability to effectively manage high-volume accounts, process payments and maintain accurate records is essential.

  • A relevant qualification or industry experience in bookkeeping, accounting or finance is required.
  • Proven experience in high-volume accounts receivable or debtor management, ideally in the education sector.
  • Possess strong numerical skills and a keen eye for detail, with the ability to perform accurate financial reconciliations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach, be organised and capable of managing multiple tasks. Experience using Synergetic or similar financial management systems is also highly desirable.
