We're seeking a key player to drive growth and catapult your career in Property Management.

This exciting role sits within our highly supportive Customer Success Team, responsible for onboarding and training of property managers. Your days will be filled with designing, implementing and improving onboarding programs, creating training materials, and providing hands-on guidance to ensure our customers are set up for success.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting virtual and on-site training sessions for individual customers or groups
  • Designing, upkeep and implementing effective onboarding programs for new property management customers
  • Developing and maintaining training materials, including user guides, video tutorials and interactive content
  • Fostering strong relationships and gathering feedback from customers on the onboarding process
  • Providing regular reports and insights to management on the success of onboarding initiatives

Successful candidates will have:

  • Strong relatability and empathy for property managers, with experience in the Property and/or Property Management industry
  • An engaging and great storytelling ability, with excellent presentation skills
  • An empathetic, resilient and positive attitude, with a desire to help our customers
  • Familiarity with property management industry practices and software solutions
  • High organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with ease
