Clinical Leadership Role

As the linchpin of our clinic, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team and driving results. Your task is to create an environment where clients and staff feel valued and inspired.

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Clinical Manager who can lead our Bondi Junction clinic in partnership with an experienced Nurse Franchise Partner. This is a rare opportunity to take charge of a well-established clinic with a strong client base and high-performing team.

The ideal candidate will have proven leadership experience in a clinical setting and strong commercial acumen. You should possess exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills and a genuine passion for aesthetics, people, and business growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of skin, laser, and dermal therapists.
  • Oversee clinic operations to ensure exceptional service and clinical standards.
  • Drive clinic performance by managing KPIs, targets, and revenue growth.
  • Nurture strong client relationships and build on our loyal clientele.
  • Partner closely with the Franchise Owner to align on business strategy and success.
