About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UX Designer to join our team at WiseTech Global. As a Senior UX Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the user experience of our flagship product, CargoWise.

As a member of our Design team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and deliver user-centered solutions that meet the needs of our customers. You will be responsible for conducting user research, creating wireframes and prototypes, and collaborating with developers to bring designs to life.

We are looking for a Senior UX Designer who is passionate about creating intuitive and user-friendly experiences. You should have a strong understanding of design principles, human-centered design, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct user research to inform design decisions
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
  • Collaborate with developers to bring designs to life
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to design and deliver user-centered solutions
  • Conduct usability testing and gather feedback
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in UX design
  • Strong understanding of design principles and human-centered design
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders
  • Experience with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
