Drafting Manager Opportunity

As a key leader in our organisation, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our bespoke and innovative designs, while upholding quality workmanship.

About the Role:
  • Direct and support a team of 5 skilled Draftspersons, overseeing operations overseas.
  • Manage all aspects of single custom-designed homes and unit developments.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal departments and external stakeholders.
  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of diverse construction methodologies and R codes.
  • Strategically plan forward and contribute at a senior leadership level.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in ArchiCAD is essential for this position.
  • Experience in residential building is also essential.
  • 4+ years of experience working with a builder are necessary.
  • Currently in a Drafting/Design Manager position or an experienced Draftsperson seeking to step into a management role.
