As a Care Manager, you play a vital role in delivering exceptional clinical care to our residents.

Our team is dedicated to providing person-centred care of the highest standard, ensuring ongoing assessment, care planning and evaluation, and clinical governance.

You will oversee daily clinical operations, support and lead the care home clinical team, review clinical incidents, and manage person-centred care planning and evaluation for residents.

Liaising with allied health, medical practitioners, and other services is crucial to providing optimal resident care.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Nursing with current registration

  • Excellent clinical assessment skills and care planning capabilities
