Position Summary

Pier One Sydney Harbour is seeking a motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Night Auditor. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and luxurious environment, providing exceptional service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our guests.
  • Complete audit tasks as specified by the Night Auditors checklist, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Provide exceptional guest service, responding promptly and efficiently to guest requests and concerns.
  • Assist with guest valet parking and other duties as requested by the Night Manager.
  • Handle guest complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
