Production Team Member Job Description

The Production Team Member plays a vital role in our production team, ensuring that products are packed correctly and efficiently.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Work on Line 1 & 2, spotting defects in products and packing boxes for shipments.
    • Ensure the Taping Machine is working correctly and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
    • Stack pallets according to the Stacking Plan to ensure weight distribution for forklift and transport.
    • Perform quality checks to ensure nothing was missed after the spotting section.
  • Housekeeping:
    • Maintain cleanliness and organization within the packing area, including keeping workstations tidy and disposing of packaging materials appropriately.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability:
    • Be prepared to work varying shift lengths as required, including during busy peak periods.
  • Team Collaboration:
    • Communicate effectively with supervisors and fellow team members.
    • Ability to work independently in area.
  • Qualifications:
    • No previous warehouse experience required.
    • Good communication skills to work as part of a team.
