About the Role

This is a leadership position responsible for managing a team of cleaners within a key client contract.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, good relationship building skills, and basic competence in Microsoft Office software.

They will be responsible for supervising and motivating staff, delivering superior client satisfaction, and ensuring that services are delivered within our framework for occupational health, safety, and sustainability.

The role requires effective communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills to achieve contractual KPIs and maximize company profitability.

Main Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

  • Understand our contractual responsibilities in servicing the contract.
  • Build relationships with our customers and respond to their requirements.
  • Implement and manage a successful team to achieve contractual KPIs.
  • Ensure services are delivered within our framework for occupational health, safety, and sustainability.
  • Maximise company profitability.
  • Client Liaison.
  • Quality Assurance and HSEQ Inspections (Audits).
  • Rostering and organising cleaners for daily cleaning requirements.
  • Perform cleaning duties on site.

Skills/Experience Required:

  • Driver's license.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Good relationship building skills.
  • Good project management.
  • Basic competence in Microsoft Office software.
  • WWCC required.

Work Hours:

Customer requirements run from the start of the business day until late into the evening when cleaning shifts are completed.
