Medical Care Specialist

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide medical care to clients in their homes and other settings
  • Manage diabetes, dialysis, medication, palliative care, phlebotomy, and wound care
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare teams to ensure high-quality patient care
Requirements
  • Licensed as a Medical Care Specialist in the province of practice
  • Experience in community health an asset
  • A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
  • A current and original copy of a satisfactory Criminal Records Check
  • Able to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
