Job Summary

The role of Mechanical Supervisor involves overseeing the Mechanical Scope of Works, coordinating employees, subcontractors, materials and equipment to ensure high-quality outcomes.

  • Maintenance of safety standards at all times.
  • Delivery of projects on schedule and within defined timelines.
Key Responsibilities
  • Planning daily crew activities and personnel performance management.
  • Coordination with team members, management and clients to ensure works are conducted safely and efficiently.
  • Resource allocation for crews and ensuring correct resourcing.
  • Ensuring tools, plant and equipment remain maintained and operational.
  • Monitoring work crew progress and taking corrective action as required.
  • Resolution of constraints and adherence to safe work practices.
Skills & Competencies
  • Previous experience in construction/site management, preferably renewable energy.
  • Strong will-to-succeed attitude.
  • Ability to lead a high-performance team under aggressive project timelines.
  • Comprehensive understanding of construction processes within piling scope of works.
  • Strong work ethic and time management skills.
  • Effective communication skills and leadership abilities.
  • Driver's license required.
Working Environment
  • Extended travel may be required by air and automobile.
  • Physically fit and able to work in a field-based environment.
