Key Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To

  • Operate various console machinery to saw and stack timber
  • Perform general labouring and timber mill duties
  • Assist with the daily running of general operations at our Herons Creek plant
  • Sort and strap timber
  • Manage inventory
  • Maintain a clean work area and focus on health and safety


Requirements For Success

  • Previous experience in machine operating is desirable
  • A positive attitude and reliability are essential
  • A strong commitment to safety is required
  • Knowledge of the timber industry is highly advantageous
  • Physical fitness and ability to manually handle various size timber sections are necessary
  • Previous experience with manual handling work is beneficial
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment is crucial
